Mac Repairs in the Balearic Islands

One of the most frequent questions from our customers is if we offer the same services in the Balearic Islands and other parts of Spain outside the peninsula. Delivery times can be slightly longer for the Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla, but these areas also benefit from IVA exemption (Spanish VAT). However, the Balearic Islands are really close to Barcelona and this allows us to keep the same urgent repair delivery times.

We work with Nacex for the shipping. They will pick up your computer or any other Mac device from your house or workplace. You can also bring it to one of the following offices:

The cost of the shipping will be always included in the estimate both if you do it or also if we collect the device from your house. If your device is unrepairable or you want us to desist from repairing it during the process, we will send it back to you and you will only pay for the shipping service. This cost depends on the size of the device; prices vary from 26 to 35 €, for example the price for shipping an iMac will be higher than for an iPhone.
