As Andorra is a different country, many customers ask us if we repair Mac devices from there. Andorra is really close to Barcelona, where our repair centre is located, so delivery times will be the same as for the rest of the peninsula or even shorter. We could even repair your device if you live in Perpignan, Montpellier or Toulouse (South of France).
There is not a problem if you live in France, but if you live in Andorra you must consult about IVA exemption (Spanish VAT), you would need an intra community VAT number or else you would have to pay it. Delivery times and urgent repair times are the same as for Catalonia and the rest of the peninsula, 48/72 hours for urgent repairs and 7/15 days for the normal service. It will also depend on the type of repair and the amount of work we have at that moment (Macbooks and iMacs repairs).
We work with Nacex for the shipping. They will pick up your computer or any other Mac device from your house or workplace. You can also bring it to one of the following offices:
The cost of the shipping will be always included in the estimate both if you do it or also if we collect the device from your house. If your device is unrepairable or you want us to desist from repairing it during the process, we will send it back to you and you will only pay for the shipping service. This cost depends on the size of the device; prices vary from 26 to 35 € (ask us for prices for the rest of Europe), for example the price for shipping an iMac will be higher than for an iPhone. Our telephone support service will realise all the procedure. We also offer our customers a free and save collection/delivery service. Contact us and we will answer any questions you would have.
